We conceptualized, designed, and developed Emery Place Apartments, a residential block consisting of 4 units of 3-bedroom luxury serviced apartments with1 room domestic staff quarters each, located off Onikepo Akande Street (Road 12), Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The project was completed in January 2008.
